Responsibilities
- Manage departmental records and documentation with strict compliance protocols
- Coordinate public-facing communications and constituent inquiries
- Support budget tracking and procurement processes

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience in government or public sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
