Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with global standards (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Conduct algorithmic audits for bias detection and mitigation across ML pipelines
- Lead stakeholder engagement with policymakers, NGOs, and industry consortia
- Design ethics-by-design protocols for new AI product development
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics trends and regulatory impacts
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record developing AI ethics policies for commercial products
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong understanding of ML model explainability techniques (SHAP, LIME)
- Experience with bias assessment tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Published research or whitepapers on AI ethics or responsible AI
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
