Responsibilities
- Design next-gen AI architectures for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead quantum machine learning research initiatives
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for 2030 regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with neuromorphic engineering teams on bio-inspired computing
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Mentor PhD interns in our accelerator program
- Secure $5M+ in NSF and DARPA grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/ML with 3+ years of industry experience
- Published author in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum computing
- Proven track record in deploying production-grade AI systems
- Deep learning framework mastery (PyTorch/JAX)
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Strong background in ethics and AI alignment research
- US citizenship required for government contracts
