Responsibilities
- Perform routine system administration tasks and technical support for end-users.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations and incident reports.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates across the network.
- Collaborate with senior staff to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with federal security policies and IT best practices.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience for non-degree candidates).
- Basic knowledge of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and hardware components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
