Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to comply with FedRAMP and NIST standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network hardware, software, and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy government systems.
- Document technical processes and prepare reports for federal auditors and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement patches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Active Top Secret or Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or state-level IT support.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Strong knowledge of federal compliance regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
