Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI systems leading into 2026, focusing on multi-agent architectures and autonomous decision-making frameworks.
- Design and optimize large-scale inference pipelines capable of handling real-time data streams and complex reasoning tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to translate research breakthroughs into reliable, production-grade software.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, ensuring our infrastructure remains future-proof against rapid industry shifts.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, bias mitigation, and data security.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI department.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures for high-concurrency environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
