- Coordinate public records requests and ensure compliance with open records laws
- Administer oaths of office and maintain official city seals
- Support City Council meetings through agenda preparation and minute documentation
- Lead civic engagement initiatives and public information dissemination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of municipal government or records management experience
- Proficiency with records management software and document imaging systems
- Deep knowledge of Colorado election laws and municipal governance
- Exceptional written communication and public speaking abilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license
