- Manage municipal elections and voter registration processes
- Preserve and certify official city records, ordinances, and resolutions
- Provide administrative support to the Common Council and city committees
- Oversee public records requests and ensure compliance with open records laws
- Administer oaths of office and maintain official city seals
- Coordinate public notices and legal publications
- Manage city clerk department budget and personnel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of municipal government or records management experience
- Wisconsin Election Administrator certification preferred
- Expertise in open records laws and municipal governance
- Advanced proficiency in records management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
