- Implement records retention policies and digital archiving systems
- Serve as liaison between citizens, council members, and city departments
- Suppose administrative staff and ensure efficient records management workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of municipal government or records management experience
- Thorough knowledge of Tennessee public records laws and Sunshine Act
- Proficiency in municipal software systems (e.g., Tyler, Municode)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and ability to work flexible hours
