Responsibilities
- Manage official city records, ordinances, and meeting minutes with precision
- Oversee municipal elections and voter registration compliance
- Administer oaths of office and public records requests
- Coordinate with city council and mayoral offices on legislative documentation
- Lead public records retention and digital archiving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Indiana Open Records Law (IC 5-14-3)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years municipal government experience
- Indiana Municipal Clerk certification (preferred)
