- Maintain and secure all official city records, ordinances, and minutes
- Administer municipal elections and voter registration processes
- Process public records requests within legal compliance

- Oversee business licensing and permitting documentation
- Coordinate with legal department for record authenticity
- Implement records retention policies per Ohio Revised Code
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years municipal/government records management experience
- Ohio Notary Public certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in records management software (e.g., Laserfiche)
- Deep knowledge of Ohio Sunshine Laws and election protocols
- Exceptional written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
