Responsibilities

- Oversee public records requests and Sunshine Law compliance
- Coordinate City Council meetings, agendas, and minute preparation
- Manage municipal code updates and legislative tracking
- Lead records retention policies and digital archiving systems
- Train staff on public records procedures and open government laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of municipal government or records management experience
- California Municipal Clerk certification preferred
- Expertise in election administration and public records laws
- Advanced proficiency with records management software
- Strong written communication and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of Fresno municipal structure and processes
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
