Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain official city records, including ordinances, resolutions, and meeting minutes with 100% accuracy.
  • Prepare and distribute board of aldermen and commission packets, agendas, and supporting materials.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the City Manager’s office, handling correspondence and inquiries.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive government documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
