Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain official city records, including resolutions, ordinances, and minutes of City Council meetings.
  • Manage the City Clerk’s Office, ensuring compliance with Texas state laws and local regulations.
  • Process Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Assist the Mayor and City Council with administrative duties, correspondence, and meeting preparations.
  • Maintain the City's organizational charts and official correspondence files.

Qualifications
