Responsibilities
- Lead vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of DoD networks
- Develop and implement advanced threat detection protocols
- Incident response coordination during cyber security breaches
- Conduct risk analysis for classified and unclassified systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security architecture
- Maintain compliance with NIST and FISMA standards
- Train personnel on cyber security best practices
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 5+ years experience in network security or penetration testing
- Certification in CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of DoD IT security policies and procedures
