Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the roadmap for autonomous AI systems launching in 2026.
- Lead the ethical framework and governance for Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate quantum-resistant encryption standards.
- Define technical strategies for seamless human-machine interfaces.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership in advanced machine learning paradigms.
- Present technical visions to C-level stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and neuromorphic computing.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
