Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze federal data feeds during evening and overnight hours.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal security protocols and compliance standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and databases.
- Document operational metrics and report anomalies to the supervision team.
- Maintain a secure, clean, and organized workspace in compliance with facility regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a federal background investigation (Secret/Top Secret clearance preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, operations, or IT support.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (3 PM - 11 PM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
