Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and filing tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service in person and via email.
- Prepare and maintain confidential departmental records and reports.
- Assist in the coordination of departmental meetings and events.
- Operate standard office equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Support senior staff with special projects and ad-hoc administrative duties.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous office or customer service experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
