Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research on federal regulations, compliance standards, and procedural guidelines to ensure agency alignment.
- Analyze program data and performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for strategic improvement.
- Prepare detailed written reports, briefings, and presentations for agency leadership and federal oversight committees.
- Coordinate and assist with community outreach initiatives, stakeholder meetings, and public information sessions.
- Maintain accurate, confidential electronic and hard-copy records in compliance with federal data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, assign tasks, and resolve operational challenges.
- Facilitate communication between federal partners and local community organizations.
Qualifications
- Citizenship Requirement: United States Citizenship is mandatory for this federal position.
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in government operations, program management, or federal contracting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and federal grant management software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex policy into actionable insights.
- Integrity: Strong ethical standards and the ability to pass a standard federal background investigation.
