Responsibilities

- Provide frontline customer service to veterans and their families
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery excellence

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
