Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, titles, and license renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Interact with the public to answer inquiries regarding BMV services, fees, and policies.
- Maintain precise records of all transactions and customer interactions.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Utilize computer systems and point-of-sale technology to handle transactions.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid Driverβs License is required.
