Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from Veterans and employees via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on empathy and accuracy.
- Process and verify applications, forms, and medical documentation efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining accurate patient records and digital filing systems.
- Direct visitors to appropriate departments and provide clear facility information.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure high-quality service delivery standards.
- Perform data entry tasks and update databases as required.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship required for federal employment.
