Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to federal agency clients and internal stakeholders during weekend hours.
- Process incoming inquiries, applications, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to federal security protocols and compliance standards.
- Update and maintain electronic records and databases with precision.
- Assist in resolving complex issues and escalating matters to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred.
- Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearance.
