Responsibilities
- Process and maintain federal documents with attention to accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide administrative support to senior staff including scheduling and correspondence
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping using federal databases
- Respond to public inquiries following federal guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Support office operations including inventory management
- Learn and apply federal regulations and procedures
Qualifications
