Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various federal sources.
- Assist senior analysts in creating data visualizations, charts, and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate written reports and presentations for government stakeholders.
- Ensure all data handling complies with federal regulations, agency policies, and security protocols.
- Conduct research to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all data outputs to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Political Science) OR equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis principles.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to undergo a background investigation and obtain a Secret clearance.
