Responsibilities

- Prepare and process federal employment applications, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.
- Maintain a high-quality pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing and networking strategies.
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop job descriptions that attract top-tier talent for federal contracts.
- Track applicant metrics and provide weekly updates to management regarding hiring pipeline status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in federal recruitment, civil service hiring, or government contracting is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the USAJOBS application process and federal resume formatting standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
