Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for federal and government contract positions.
- Assist candidates with the complex application and onboarding procedures for federal agencies.
- Conduct mock interviews and prepare applicants for federal assessment centers.
- Screen resumes and match candidates to open positions based on qualifications.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and government agencies.
- Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met for weekly payroll.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or federal human resources is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of federal benefits, pay scales, and hiring regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly performance targets.
