Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for federal client hardware and software environments.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT assets, ensuring compliance with federal standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service tickets, system logs, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to identify system bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to cybersecurity protocols and information assurance policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
