Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems for federal clients.
- Monitor network performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, documenting all incidents and resolutions.
- Assist in the implementation of cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy systems and improve IT infrastructure.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, and hardware components.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Microsoft Windows Server and Linux.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (background check required).
