Responsibilities
- Assist in the intake and processing of federal applications to ensure compliance with government regulations and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records for federal projects and personnel files using secure database systems.
- Conduct preliminary research to support federal case files and documentation requirements.
- Communicate with applicants and agency partners via phone and email to answer questions regarding federal hiring procedures.
- Support administrative functions within the federal division, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) associated with federal work.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all federal positions (cannot be waived).
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and security clearance check.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain data integrity under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with government-specific software is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
