Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing and maintenance of official federal records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal employees, contractors, and the general public.
- Perform data entry and analysis to support agency operations and compliance reporting.
- Communicate effectively with agency leadership and staff regarding project updates and requirements.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to strict government security protocols.
- Support administrative functions including filing, scheduling, and correspondence management.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (Federal law requires citizenship for most positions).
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory for all roles.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Ability to pass a federal background check and security clearance process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the Orlando Federal Center.
