Responsibilities
- Conduct Data Analysis: Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing program data to support decision-making processes for federal clients.
- Prepare Documentation: Draft and edit clear, concise reports, memos, and briefing materials in accordance with federal standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external federal partners, ensuring seamless communication.
- Compliance Support: Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and agency guidelines.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational productivity.
- Administrative Support: Maintain organized records and databases, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive government information.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance (if required).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data visualization tools is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Currently enrolled or recently graduated (within the last 2 years) from an accredited university.
