Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex IT projects from conception to deployment within government frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and government stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.).
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking financial performance and forecasting.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to executive leadership and clients.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the government or defense contracting sector.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of government acquisition processes and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
