Responsibilities
- Manage and track federal project timelines and deliverables using established government systems.
- Prepare and review complex federal documentation, reports, and correspondence for compliance and accuracy.
- Liaise between federal agencies, internal teams, and external contractors to facilitate communication.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support policy development and program evaluation.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, security protocols, and agency guidelines.
- Assist in the coordination of training sessions and briefings for federal stakeholders.
- Update project management databases and maintain accurate records of all project activities.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required for federal contract eligibility.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in federal, military, or government contracting environments is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of federal compliance standards and procurement processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce professional-level correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
