Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of federal grant programs and internal initiatives.
- Analyze complex data sets to provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding budget allocation and resource management.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, including OMB guidelines and agency-specific compliance standards.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and documentation for congressional reviews and internal audits.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with federal projects.
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain eligibility for access to classified information.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal project management, program analysis, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal grant management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
