As an Entry Level Federal Associate, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the federal hiring process and supporting administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the intake, processing, and verification of federal job applications and candidate documents.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with Office of Personnel Management (OPM) guidelines.
- Conduct outreach to local community members and explain federal employment eligibility requirements.
- Support administrative staff in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and orientation workshops.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain databases for federal workforce programs.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, policies, and procedural protocols.
- Answer inquiries from the public and internal stakeholders regarding federal hiring procedures and benefits.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible for non-citizen residency (depending on agency requirements).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
