Responsibilities
- Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and filing of documents.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist senior staff with preparing correspondence, reports, and memos.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for departmental operations.
- Sort and distribute mail/packages efficiently.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
