Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate government records and filing systems.
- Assist constituents with inquiries regarding county services, forms, and procedures.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and meeting agendas.
- Support senior staff with scheduling, travel arrangements, and departmental logistics.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and initiate reordering processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check, drug screening, and credit check.
