- Assist the public and City departments with inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process applications, permits, and forms accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records and filing systems.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports as directed by supervisors.
- Perform data entry and verify information for compliance with city regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
