Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and copying documents.
- Process incoming mail and distribute it to staff members.
- Operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and fax machines.
- Provide general information to the public regarding government services.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40 WPM preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation is required.
