Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Assist in preparing correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for department staff.
- Sort and distribute mail and other materials efficiently.
- Perform general clerical duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or clerical experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
