Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on local, state, and federal grant opportunities to identify suitable funding sources.
- Assist in drafting and editing compelling grant proposals, narratives, and project reports.
- Organize and maintain grant databases, calendars, and submission records to ensure no deadline is missed.
- Collaborate with program staff to identify community needs and translate them into persuasive funding requests.
- Proofread and format documents according to specific funder guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Strong command of the English language with excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict formatting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic internet research tools.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
