Responsibilities
- Research & Discovery: Conduct thorough research to identify new funding opportunities, grants, and prospects that align with our organizational mission.
- Proposal Development: Draft compelling grant narratives, project descriptions, and budgets that resonate with funding agencies.
- Documentation: Collect, organize, and verify all necessary supporting documents, including program data, statistics, and past performance reports.
- Collaboration: Partner with program directors and finance teams to ensure accurate data collection and compelling case studies.
- Submission Management: Manage the grant application timeline, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelorβs degree in English, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Writing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for grammar and style.
- Research Ability: Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise language.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in data entry and document formatting.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
