Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform basic system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user account administration.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to improve future support efficiency.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technology solutions and improve user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Valid California driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle may be required.
