Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of federal IT infrastructure and networks.
- Provide technical support to internal staff and federal clients, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Document system configurations, updates, and incident reports in accordance with federal compliance standards.
- Monitor system performance and security protocols to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new software solutions and security patches.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay current with federal IT regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and security clearance process.
- US Citizenship is required for federal positions.
