Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal networks and systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and software.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols and data protection standards.
- Assist senior engineers in system upgrades, patch management, and network maintenance.
- Document technical processes, create reports, and maintain accurate logs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
