Responsibilities

- Answer and route incoming phone calls and inquiries regarding state services.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of correspondence and reports.
- Utilize computer systems to input, update, and retrieve accurate information from internal databases.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the department and meet daily performance goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to learn new software applications and administrative procedures.
