Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and document management for federal records.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate departments.
- Prepare, organize, and file a variety of reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Assist senior staff with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and inventory control.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with federal regulations and security protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- U.S. Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
