Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume correspondence and communications for federal agencies, ensuring accuracy and timely response.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, conference logistics, and meeting schedules for executive staff.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute routine and complex reports, memos, and presentations in strict adherence to federal formatting guidelines.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, ensuring strict confidentiality and adherence to records retention schedules.
- Assist with the preparation of federal grant applications and compliance documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries and routing issues appropriately.
- Perform data entry and analysis using government-specific software systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a federal, state, or municipal administrative role.
- Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and basic government contracting processes is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or database management software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and obtain a government security clearance (if applicable).
