Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to federal agency personnel, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including email and phone inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate confidential records, files, and databases in compliance with federal regulations.
- Assist in the data entry and reporting processes required for contract compliance and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and workflow efficiency.
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring that critical federal deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within a government or federal contractor setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for this Federal position.
